The extra magical thing about our pieces is their unique, one of a kind nature. By selecting a clutch, tote or accessory from our range you are purchasing something equally as unique as the recipient… Aka the perfect gift for that someone that means so much to you!
All clutch, handbag and tote purchases come wrapped in a beautiful box ready for gifting, however if you’re sending the gift straight to the lucky recipient please choose gift wrapping and add a personalised message in the text box provided. Our team will hand write the personal message on one of our beautiful gift tags and seal the box with a bow!

Once your order is placed, your Tiff will be on its way into your arms via Australia Post’s Parcel Post tracked postal service (for Australian orders) and DHL express courier service for International orders. All orders received by 2pm Australian Central Time will be dispatched the same day.
Shipping options and costs (in Australian Dollars)
Orders shipped within Australia:
$10.00 - Regular Delivery with Australia Post within 3 -5 business days (Free for orders over $200.00AUD)
$15.00 - Express Post within 1 - 2 business days
Orders shipped outside of Australia:
USA: $20.00AU - 3-5 Business days with DHL Express (Free for orders over $300.00AUD)
Rest of the World: $25.00AU - 3 to 5 Business Days with DHL Express (Free for orders over $300.00AUD)
The shipping charge covers the cost to send you your order, there may be additional taxes and duties applied by your country's government.
Online shopping can be like blind dating. Did your ideal Tiff look perfect to you, but the connection just wasn’t there? Is someone else now looking a lot more attractive, or is more willing to carry your things? Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange your bag (or clothing) for another item, or a credit note, providing your bag is completely unused, has the original tags attached and you provide your original receipt. If the item you now want costs less than your original choice, we’ll give you a credit note for the difference. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or wrong fit purchases. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty.
Orders placed using a store credit cannot be returned or exchanged (for change of mind.)
