Once your order is placed, your parcel will be on its way into your arms via Australia Post’s Parcel Post tracked postal service (for Australian orders) and Australian Post linked with International service for International orders.

Regular Post: $10.00 (We offer free shipping for orders over $300.00)
Express Post: $15.00
Stretched Artwork:
Mini Artwork: Complimentary Delivery (measuring under 1000mm x 1000mmm.)
Large Artwork: If you love a large scale original artwork, please contact us via email with your selection and preferred delivery address, we would love to organise a shipping quote for you.
Orders shipped outside of Australia:
$35.00AU - 3 to 10 Business Days with Australia Post and International affiliates (Free for orders over $400.00AU*
*Excludes large original artwork
The shipping charge covers the cost to send you your order, there may be additional taxes and duties applied by your country's government.

Returns Policy
Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange your purchase for another item, or a credit note, providing your item is in original condition, has the original tags attached. If the item you now want costs less than your original choice, we’ll give you a credit note for the difference. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or wrong fit purchases. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty.
Orders placed using a store credit cannot be returned or exchanged (for change of mind.)
Please contact the tiff team with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return has been confirmed, please send the item back to the address below, ensuring to include a small note detailing your order number and name to help our team identify your parcel.
