We have closed our studio store, we are sorry for any inconvenience caused. The good news is, our entire collection is still available to view and purchase online.
Our studio store is located in Adelaide, South Australia where we dream, design and paint all of our pieces. All of our products are made with a whole lot of love in Australia, aside from our t-shirts & leggings (made in India, also with a whole lot of love!)

Shipping
Once your order is placed, your Tiff piece will be on its way into your arms via Australia Post’s Parcel Post tracked postal service (for Australian orders) and DHL express courier service for International orders. All orders received by 2pm Australian Central Time will be dispatched the same business day (Monday-Friday).
We sure do! We ship all over the world via DHL Express. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Please note, Australia post is currently experiencing slight delays in delivery times.
Domestic Regular Delivery with Australia Post within 3 - 5 business days (Free for orders over $200.00AUD)
Domestic Express Post within 1 - 2 business days
International within 3 to 5 Business Days with DHL Express (Free for orders over $300.00AUD)
Delivery and tracking details as well as an estimated date of delivery will be provided in your confirmation email.
Australian orders are shipped via Australia post, with both express and regular postal service options available at checkout.
International orders are delivered via DHL Express.
Large scale stretched artwork is delivered via COPE sensitive freight (business addresses) or StarTrack (residential addresses.)
Please get in touch with the team via email - info@tiffmanuell.com for a personalised shipping quote. The quote is determined by delivery address and scale of the artwork. Pieces measuring under 1000mm x 1000mm are sent complimentary.
Product
We do! Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange your purchase for another item, or a credit note, providing it is in original condition, has the original tags attached and you can provide your original receipt. If the item you now want costs less than your original choice, we’ll give you a credit note for the difference. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or wrong fit purchases. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty.
