MINI Bright Rays Mentorship

Tiff has recently been given the amazing opportunity to act as a mentor for young designers through MINI's Bright Rays campaign! As someone who has established a career in independent design, Tiff takes any opportunity to help or support young designers in beginning their careers. You can see her profile on the MINI site here. By partnering with MINI, Tiff will be offering mentorship to an up-and-coming designer who is looking to start their own business.

Running a small business is no easy feat – there are countless hurdles to overcome on a daily basis, it’s not as simple as just making products and selling them. The number of things to embark on when you are starting out can be overwhelming, and the Bright Rays mentorship is designed to help make this easier. As well as guidance, the winner will receive a $29,000 grant to assist with making their dreams a reality, and a MINI to zip around in for 12 months - amazing!!!  

We’ve worked with MINI and Junkee media to produce some fun videos which give insight into Tiff’s daily life as an Adelaide maker and designer. In the videos you'll get a look into our studio life, Tiff's creative process, and this great opportunity MINI is providing. This has been a really interesting and rewarding process so far. The first few videos can now be viewed on our Facebook and Instagram pages! 

The competition is easy to enter - just head to the MINI website and fill in your details + idea to be one of our 6 finalists and be flown to the exclusive Bright Rays event in Melbourne. Entries close 16 October, we can't wait to see what you come up with!
