Once your order is placed, your parcel will be on its way into your arms via Australia Post’s Parcel Post tracked postal service (for Australian orders) and DHL express courier service for International orders.

Returns Policy

Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange your purchase for another item, or a credit note, providing your item is in original condition, has the original tags attached. If the item you now want costs less than your original choice, we’ll give you a credit note for the difference. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or wrong fit purchases. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty.

Orders placed using a store credit cannot be returned or exchanged (for change of mind.)

Please contact the tiff team with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return has been confirmed, please send the item back to the address below, ensuring to include a small note detailing your order number and name to help our team identify your parcel.
