Sending a gift?
With our gorgeous branded wrapping and the option to add a personalised, hand written note you can send a gift from our online store directly to your loved one. It’s the perfect way to deliver a heartfelt Tiff gift to that special someone miles away.
Each gift box retails for $5.00 (includes a box, ribbon and gift tag.) Please note, gift boxes are currently unavailable for laptop cases and messenger bags. Gift wrapping for these items is complimentary - they will be delivered in wrapping paper, a bow and branded gift tag.
For Multiple Items in the Same Gift Box
If you would like all (or some) of your items in the same gift box please select gift wrapping for relevant items, but only add the $5.00AUD gift wrapping once (quantity can be adjusted once added to your cart.) You can also use the "order note" section during checkout to pass on any instructions to our team if you have multiple gifts within the one order.
For Multiple gifts in Separate Boxes
Please add gift wrapping (and personalised notes) for relevant items. Please ensure the correct quantity of gift boxes have been added to your cart before checking out. 1x $5.00 gift wrapping includes 1x gift box. 2x $5.00 gift wrapping includes 2x gift boxes and so on. You can also use the "order note" section during checkout to pass on any instructions to our team if you have multiple gifts within the one order.
Shipping
Once your order is placed, your parcel will be on its way into your arms via Australia Post’s Parcel Post tracked postal service (for Australian orders) and DHL express courier service for International orders.
Orders shipped within Australia:
Regular Post: $10.00 (We offer free shipping for orders over $300.00)
Express Post: $15.00
Stretched Artwork:
Mini Artwork: Complimentary Delivery (measuring under 1000mm x 1000mmm.)
Large Artwork: If you love a large scale original artwork, please contact us via email with your selection and preferred delivery address, we would love to organise a shipping quote for you.
Orders shipped outside of Australia:
USA: $25.00AU - 3-5 Business days with DHL Express (Free for orders over $400.00AUD*)
Rest of the World: $35.00AU - 3 to 5 Business Days with DHL Express (Free for orders over $400.00AU*)
*Excludes large original artwork
The shipping charge covers the cost to send you your order, there may be additional taxes and duties applied by your country's government.

Returns Policy
Within 14 days of purchase you can exchange your purchase for another item, or a credit note, providing your item is in original condition, has the original tags attached. If the item you now want costs less than your original choice, we’ll give you a credit note for the difference. We don't offer refunds for change of mind or wrong fit purchases. Refunds will only be issued if the product is faulty.
Orders placed using a store credit cannot be returned or exchanged (for change of mind.)
Please contact the tiff team with your order number and the item you would like to return. Once your return has been confirmed, please send the item back to the address below, ensuring to include a small note detailing your order number and name to help our team identify your parcel.
